Prior to joining The FSE Group in April 2019, Paul worked for Lloyds Bank for 37 years, the last 20 years leading teams of relationship managers looking after portfolio of some 2000 SME clients. Paul's final role at Lloyds was Area Director, SME Banking for Beds & Herts. Prior to that he was Senior Manager Commercial in Cambridge, preceded by Pall Mall St James in London and Ilford in Redbridge. He is an experienced senior team leader and has a wealth of lending experience to general trading SME’s. Away from work Paul enjoys playing golf, riding his motorcycle and supporting Southampton FC.
