Joining FSE in 2019, Matt is responsible for Risk and Compliance matters across the Group. He previously worked at NatWest and Barclays for over 33 years in total, the majority of which was in Business Banking. He has held a number of local director and business manager roles working with SMEs across Hampshire and West Sussex, as well as credit quality assurance manager in London.
